The Mushandirapamwe Singers is a Pan-African vocal ensemble celebrating the shared roots of the Southern African vocal traditions. Its members from Zimbabwe, South Africa and the United States of America are some of the most exciting young artists on the rise in the classical music world. The group marries the classical singing style and the vocal traditions of Southern Africa to create a sound that bridges the seemingly disparate spaces of Western classical music and Southern African classical music.
